Regional expansion coordinator

• Build local teams throughout the region.
• Responsible for growing the reach and impact of the organization’s International programs.
• Establish contact with potential new Reboot course leaders.
• Screen potential leaders to ensure they are a good fit to be a course leader.
• Explain the process of starting a group, building a leadership team, engaging the
  community, inviting participants and accessing course materials.
• Support and coach the leaders of the new group during the 12-week courses
• Oversee RLA type training of new leaders.
• Assist current leaders to select and raise up more new leaders.
• Following up with and nurturing leads for new course locations (via the outreach of
  the regional lead team through conferences, networking and other connections)
• Translating video and text content into the Russian and Ukrainian languages.
• Make cultural changes to current training materials.
• Establish and maintain connections in the community for outreach purposes.
• Keep necessary and helpful notes in Active Campaign about conversations with
  leads/potential leads.
• Help with logistics of planning onboarding events.
• Build relationships with regional local churches and other like-minded
  organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in any specialty in the humanities field.
• 2 years of experience in a Christin leadership role.
• Certification in Biblical and Theological studies.
• Must have ministry experience related to mental health.
• Must have network building experience.
• Must have small group facilitation and training experience.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian.
